Portobello Mushroom Pizzas


Portobello Mushroom Pizzas

Macros: Cals 85, Carbs 12, Fat 0, Protein 11, Sugar 4, Fiber 4

1 Oz Fat Free Cheese (I use Feta)
1 Medium-Large Portobello Mushroom
1/4 Cup Prego Light Spaghetti Sauce
Season pepper, garlic, onion/chives, etc. to taste

- Preheat oven to 325
- Remove stem from mushroom
- Top with sauce, spices and cheese
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until desired consistency
