Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

Macros: Cals 143, Carbs 8, Fat 4, Protein 22, Sugar 3, Fiber 3

1 avocado (yields 120 grams)
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coco
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Vanilla mascarpone 
1/2 Cup Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
100 grams Liquid Eggs
6 Scoops Chocolate Protein
3 Cups Whole Milk
1/3 cup Stevia/Truvia

Blend avocado, 2 cups of whole milk, coco, caramel, vanillas and sweetener 
Pour into a pot, heat at a low temperature while slowly adding in liquid eggs
Stir continuously until heated
Pour mixture back into the blender
Allow cool
Add 1 cup of cold milk and protein powder
Blend until smooth
Allow contents to cool/settle for 3-4 hours
Put batter into the ice machine as directed
