No Bake Protein Nutella Cereal Blobs
Macros: Cals 83, Carbs 8, Fat 3, Protein 10, Sugar 1, Fiber 3

6 TBSP Unsweetened Coco
6 TBSP of Nut Butter (Almond brings out the hazelnut better)
4 1/2 Cups of High Fiber Cereal ( I used Fiber One 80 )
6 Scoops of Chocolate Protein
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Milk (more or less until sticky texture is reached)
Truvia/Stevia (To Taste - I used 4-6 TBSP)
1 TBSP Hazelnut Extract
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (not the cereal)
- Mix in nut butter, coconut milk and hazelnut extract
- Continue to add coconut milk until sticky texture is reached (add milk slowly, you may need more or less depending on the volume of your 'scoop' of protein)
- Mix in cereal
- On parchment paper, spoon out blobs
- Let sit
