Maple Cream Protein Syrup

Macros: Cals 65, Carbs 1, Fat 1, Protein 12, Sugar 1, Fiber 0






2 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 TBSP Maple Extract
2 TSP Butter Extract
1 Cup Liquid Eggs
1 TSP Mascarpone Vanilla
3 TBSP Sweetener
1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein (depending on how thick you would like the syrup)

- In a medium pot bring coconut milk to boil
- Add extracts/flavours and sweeteners
- Stir constantly
- Reduce temperature
- Slowly add eggs, whisking constantly
- Cook until mixture begins to thicken
- Allow mixture to cool
-  Add protein
- Stir until lumps have dissolved



Warm individual serving (microwave for 15-20 seconds) and drizzle on top of pancakes, french toast, crepes, ice cream, fruit, etc.

I paired this syrup with my Protein Nutella and strawberries, wrapped inside of a warm Low-Carb Crepe! Yummmmm!
