Protein Caramel Frappucino

Macros: Cals 230, Carbs 6, Fat 8, Protein 36, Sugar 1, Fiber 4





1/2 TBSP Instant Coffee (use a full TBSP if you prefer stronger coffee flavour - I prefer mild)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/4 Avocado (or 1/2 TBSP coconut oil)
2 TBSP Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
2 TBSP Cool Whip Light - optional but gives it a more authentic texture

*You may want to add Truvia or unsweetened coco

Blend with Ice and Water/Coconut Milk!

This is also really good without the avocado - then the calories are basically only coming from those in the protein powder! It's not as creamy and it doesn't keep you as full as the one with avocado, but it's a delicious snack!
