Cheesy Garlic Protein Spaghetti

Cheesy Garlic Protein 'Spaghetti'

Macros: Cals 292, Carbs 23, Fat 0, Protein 50, Sugar 4, Fiber 5

5 Oz shrimp
1 oz fat free feta cheese
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
227 grams Spaghetti Squash (approximately half of a squash)
2 TBSP skimmed milk
1 TBSP chopped garlic
1/2 TBSP Basil
1/2 TBSP chives
1 TSP garlic powder
Pepper to taste
*Optional - 1/4 avocado mixed into cheese sauce for extra creaminess!

-  Cut spaghetti squash in half 
- Bake squash in 2 inches of water until tender
- Steam shrimp
- In a separate container, mix cheeses until lumps are minimal
- Add Milk and Spices
- Simmer mixture in a sauce pan, allowing liquid to evaporate  
- Add steamed shrimp and cooked spaghetti squash
