Layered Dip and Fiber Chips
Macros: Cals 185, Carbs 29, Fat 4, Protein 22, Sugar 9, Fiber 15
4 Oz Greek Yogurt
Taco Seasoning to taste
4 TBSP salsa (one with all natural ingredients- I use Garden Fresh Gourmet - Jack's Special)
2 small La Torilla low-carb high fiber wraps
Mix greek yogurt and taco seasoning.
Spoon salsa on top of greek yogurt mixture
Cut tortillas into pie-slice triangles
Lightly brush triangles with EVOO *optional - helps to make them crispy*
Put triangles onto baking sheet (season if desired) - I like to use parchment paper.
Bake at 400 until crispy
