Protein Shake To-Go

Macros: Cals 193, Carbs 10, Fat 3, Protein 38, Sugar 2, FIber 6

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 TSP Inulin Fiber
1 TBSP PB2 Chocolate Powdered Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Unsweetened Coco Powder

- Place ingredients in a ziplock bag
- Prior to drinking, add ingredients into a large-mouth bottle with blender-ball (the metal spiral thing in the picture) and 1-2 cups water/milk 
- Best served cold!

This is great for trips, traveling, etc. or to keep in your gym bag for a post/pre-workout shake!
