Caramel Mocha Cheesecake Protein Pudding

Caramel Mocha Cheesecake Protein Pudding 
Cals 175, Carbs 7, Fat 1, Protein 35, Sugar 1, fiber 0






1.5 Cups Brewed Coffee (must be hot - can substitute with hot water)
4 Scoops Chocolate protein powder
1 box of Jello Sugar Free Pudding Mix (I used cheesecake)
1 TBS Gelatin
2 TBS Torani Sugar-Free Caramel syrup


Instructions:

Whisk ingredients together
Separate into 4 containers
Chill for 3 or more hours before eating


Makes 4 servings
*Great post-workout snack*
