Protein Caramel Cheesecake Pudding
Macros: Cals 91, Carbs 4, Fat 0, Protein 19, Sugar 1, Fiber 1
- 1/4 package Jello sugar-free Cheesecake pudding (could substitute Vanilla, or any sugar-free flavour)
- 1 TBS Torani Sugar-free caramel syrup
- 1 scoop Kaizen Vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 teaspoon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Whisk in wet ingredients
- Pour into two separate dishes
- Chill for 3 hours
