Protein Caramel Cheesecake Pudding


Protein Caramel Cheesecake Pudding



Macros: Cals 91, Carbs 4, Fat 0, Protein 19, Sugar 1, Fiber 1 

Recipe: 

  • 1/4 package Jello sugar-free Cheesecake pudding (could substitute Vanilla, or any sugar-free flavour)
  • 1 TBS Torani Sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 scoop Kaizen Vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water 
Instructions:
  • Mix dry ingredients together
  • Whisk in wet ingredients 
  • Pour into two separate dishes
  • Chill for 3 hours
Serves 2
