Protein Banana Pancakes

Protein Banana Pancakes

Macros: Cals 256, Carbs 34, Fat 2, Protein 25, Sugar 14, Fiber 8
(With Maple Cream Protein Syrup: Cals 320, Carbs 35, Fat 3, Protein 37, Sugar 15, Fiber 8)

1 Banana
6 TBSP Egg Whites
1/4 Scoop Vanilla Protein (more or less depending if you use the Maple Cream Protein Syrup)
2-3 TBSP Coconut Flour (more if you don't want them as moist)
2 TBSP Cottage Cheese (optional)
*If desired, sweeten or flavour with Stevia, Vanilla/Butter/Maple/Etc extracts, cinnamon or natural nut butter (or chocolate chips, as recommended by the picky-eater of the house)!

Blend ingredients
Fry until golden brown

This would also be delicious with Protein Nutella (1/2 Serving)

If you're not having this as a pre-workout snack or it's not a "carb-day", only use half of a banana!
