This one has a few variations - the main ingredients are apples, natural pb, plain greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla whey protein and sometimes I even throw in some ground flax meal! Depending on your macro needs, switch them up! Either way, deliciousness!
6 Oz Apple Slices
1/2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
4 Oz Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt or Quark
Sweetner (Stevia, Truvia, Agave, Honey, etc) and Cinnamon to taste!
Mix ingredients together (I softened my PB in the microwave for 15 seconds so that it's easier to mix).
