Black and Blue Salmon

Black and Blue Salmon

4-6 OZ Salmon
1-2 TBS gorgonzola/blue cheese
Blue Cheese dressing (I used the one in the picture)
1 TBS Garlic
Cajun Seasoning to taste
Chili Flakes to taste 
*Optional, cook in 1 TBSP Butter

Bake Salmon with cajun seasoning, chill flakes and garlic
5 minutes before fish is cooked, add gorgonzola and blue cheese dressing on top
Cook until melted

This is my version of Red Lobster's Black and Blue Salmon -- much healthier and just as good!
