Protein Nutella Crepe

Protein Nutella Crepe

Protein Nutella:
1 TBSP Natural Nut Butter (I use almond or hazelnut. You can use peanut but it isn't nearly as good - the peanut flavour is much too prominent)
1/2 scoop of chocolate whey protein
1 TBSP cocoa
A few drops of hazelnut extract
Sweetener to taste (I use Stevia/Truvia)
Liquid of choice (I use coconut milk from the carton, unsweetened almond milk or water)

Knead ingredients together, adding liquid until desired consistency is reached

Sweet Low-Carb Crepe:
5 grams physillium fiber
4 TBSP Egg Whites
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
1 TBSP Stevia/Truvia
1 TSP Vanilla Extract or mascarpone vanilla powder

- Combine ingredients
- Grease frying pan and heat
- Pour mixture into the pan and spread thinly
- Gently flip and cook each side until golden brown
-Fold in protein nutella and warm on pan
