Dark Chocolate Protein Pudding
Macros: Cals 250, Carbs 12, Fat 9, Protein 38, Sugar 1, Fiber 8
Gluten Free, Vegan, Lactose Free
This is like eating brownie batter.
4 TBSP Unsweetened Coco
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein
1-2 TBSPS Stevia (to taste)
2-3 TBSP Coconut/Almond Milk (until desired consistency is reached)
1 TBSP flavouring (Sugar-Free Torani Caramel syrup, hazelnut extract, etc.)*Optional
Mix ingredients together until lump free!
I recommend using a blender only if you are making multiple matches.
