Pumpkin Pie Protein Pudding

Macros: Cals 230, Carbs 23, Fat 0, Protein 37, Sugar 5, Fiber 7

2 Cups Roasted Butternut Squash (I roast it with coconut oil, cinnamon and Stevia)
2 Scoops Vanilla protein
1 TSP Maple Extract
1 TSP Butter Extract
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Mascarpone Vanilla

Blend and Chill!

Makes two servings

The basic requirements are 1 cup squash to one scoop of vanilla protein. You can flavour it however you'd like - peanut butter/PB2, brown sugar,  TSP sugar free pudding mixture, pumpkin spice, caramel syrup, etc. You can also substitute squash for sweet potato or pumpkin - I just prefer the buttery taste of the squash :)
