Protein Egg Nog
Macros: Cals 210, Carbs 3, Fat 0, Protein 47, Sugar 2, Fiber 1
This is amazing. I don't even think I'd pick real egg nog over it. It makes a great night time snack or post-workout snack. Enjoy!
1/2 Cup Liquid Egg
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 Cup Cold Water
A Few Dashes of Nutmeg and Cinnamon
A few drops of Rum Extract
* Optional 1/2 TSP Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
A dash of Mascarpone Vanilla Powder
Shake or blend ingredients.
Serve chilled or over ice.
