PB & J Protein Pancakes

PB & J Protein Pancakes

Macros: Cals 222, Carbs 17, Fat 2, Protein 37, Sugar 2, Fiber 13






1 TBSP Physillium Husks
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Wheat Bran or 2 TBSP Coconut Flour (For a more authentic texture)
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1-2 TBSP PB2
1/4 Cup Raspberries (more if desired - I kept it low to balance carbs/sugar)
1/2 TBSP Sweetener
1/4 Cup Water
*Optional Serve with melted (natural) peanut butter

- Mix ingredients and let sit (allowing ingredients to bind)
- Cook batter as regular pancake (makes 5-6 small pancakes)
