1/4 Avocado - mashed
1 TBSP Low-Sugar BBQ Sauce
1 Portobello
1/2 Oz Light Havarti Cheese
- Shred chicken and mix with BBQ sauce
- Top with avocado and strips of thinly sliced havarti
-Bake at 350 until cheese melts
(you can also use a frying pan)
