Protein Egg Nog Latte

Protein Egg Nog Latte
Macros: Cals 210, Carbs 1, Fat 0, Protein 49, Sugar 1, Fat 0




1/2 Cup Liquid Egg
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1 Cup Hot Water (I run my Keurig without a Kcup in it - just press the large button!)
A Few Dashes of Nutmeg and Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Rum Extract
1/2 TSP Instant Coffee
* Optional 1/2 TSP Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup



Add all ingredients (excluding liquid eggs) into your heat safe blender (like a Vitamix).
Beginning blending at a low level, increasing slowly.
Slowly add liquid eggs while mixture blends.
