2 Scoops Vanilla Protein
2-3 TBSP Coconut/Almond Milk
4 Squares Chirardelli Dark Chocolate 86%
(any dark chocolate - enough to coat each ball)
- Mix peanut butter and protein
- Slowly add coconut milk until taffy-like texture is reached
- In a bain-marie, melt chocolate
- Roll peanut butter dough into 15 balls
- Place balls on waxed paper
- Roll each ball in melted chocolate
- Place chocolate covered ball back on the waxed paper
- Top each ball with remaining melted chocolate
- Let cool
These melt quite easily! I keep mine in the fridge.
