 I actually used half of a serving of my Pumpkin Pie Pudding to make this recipe.

1/2 Serving of Pumpkin Pie Pudding or (1/2 Cup blended butternut squash, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey, seasoned with maple extract, butter extract, cinnamon, vanilla, etc)
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1 TBSP Physillium
1-2 TSP Sweetener
1/8 TSP Baking Powder
*Optional 1/2 TBSP Flax Meal - adds to the nutty flavour!

Mix and cook as a regular pancake.

That's it! Super simple and delicious!

I left mine overnight to bind together (because I wake up way too hungry to wait for anything!).

Serve with cinnamon and Stevia on top, or coconut oil!
