1/2 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
2 TBSP Smooth Almond Butter
Cinnamon
1/4 TSP Chilli Flakes
4-5 Sections of Dark Chocolate
2-4 TBSP Unsweetened Coconut/Almond Milk
- Mix almond butter, coconut oil and protein
- Add 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- Slowly add coconut milk until taffy-like texture is reached (it can take a fair bit of kneading)
- In a bain-marie, melt chocolate
- Add chilli flakes and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to melted chocolate
- Roll batter dough into 22 balls
- Place balls on waxed paper
- Roll each ball in melted chocolate
- Place chocolate covered ball back on the waxed paper
- Top each ball with remaining melted chocolate
- Let cool
