Carrot & Ginger Protein Smoothie

Macros: Cals 252, Carbs 20, Fat 1, Protein 40, Sugar 7, Fiber 7






1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 TBSP Ground Flax Meal
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1 Cup Kale
3 Oz Baby Carrots
1/2 Inch (approx. 5 grams) Fresh Ginger Root*
Dash of Cinnamon

Blend with Ice and Water!

Great for digestion and muscle recovery!


*If you accidentally use too much ginger root - or discover that you'd prefer a more subtle ginger flavour -  you can balance out its spiciness with some sweetener, honey or agave!
