: Cals 201, Carbs 9, Fat 1, Protein 38, Sugar 4, Fiber 4
This is a low-cal version of my
Ultimate Pre-Workout Smoothie
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/2 TBSP Flax Meal
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 Cup Baby Spinach
1/4 Cup Kale
*1/4 Banana for a sweeter smoothie
Blend with ice and water.
