Protein Pumpkin Pancake

Macros: Cals 205, Carbs 16, Fat 1, Protein 35, Sugar 2, Fiber 13











1 TBSP Physillium Husk
1/4 Cup Wheat Bran or 2 TBSP Coconut Flour (For a more authentic texture)
1/4 Cup Pumpkin
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 TSP Maple Extract
2 TSP Sweetener
1/2 TSP Pumpkin Spice (more or less to taste)
Dash of Cinnamon
* Optional - Dash of Mascarpone Vanilla

- Mix ingredients
- Let sit until mixture thickens
- Cook as regular pancakes
