Protein Banana Muffins
Macros: Cals 61, Carbs 7, Fat 1, Protein 6, Sugar 2, Fiber 2
3 Small Bananas
60 Grams Pea Protein
3/4 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Oats
1 TSP Baking Powder
2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Butter Extract
2 TSP Banana Extract
3 TBSP Stevia
1-2 TSP Cinnamon
1 TBSP Physillium
*Nuts of choice, if desired
Blend
Line Muffin tin with liners
Lightly grease (I use Pam Butter flavour)
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
