Protein Apple Muesli
I switch this recipe up a lot, depending on my needs for the day. Sometimes I add more oats, less yogurt and throw in a bit of vanilla whey,
coconut crisps or some melted natural peanut butter! Switch it up to meet your needs :)
1/2 Apple (cubed)
1 TSP Cinnamon
1/8 Cup Old Fashion Oats
6 Oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
*Optional TBSP Ground Flax Meal
Mix ingredients
Eat!
