Chocolate Coconut Protein Parfait

Picky-Eater discovered Chobani's Almond Coco Loco greek yogurt. I wasn't overly thrilled by the
nutritional profile and was inspired to make this recipe to deter her from eating Chobani's expensive, unsatisfying (it's really quite small for the calories) and fairly nutritionally void version :)

As are many of my recipes, this is a 'create your own adventure' recipe. Alter the portions to fit your macronutrient needs or goals!

Coconut Oil
Coconut Crisps
Plain Fat Free 0% Greek Yogurt (I prefer Fage)
85% or higher Dark Chocolate chips (or chunks)
Toasted Almond Slivers
Vanilla Whey Protein (optional, but boosts the protein count and adds a nice vanilla flavour, if your protein tastes good)

- In a microwave safe dish, melt coconut oil
- Once melted (but not too hot), mix in greek yogurt and protein and stevia
- Top with almonds, coconut crisps and dark chocolate.

Eat :D
