Chocolate Cheesequake Protein Blizzard
This is ridiculously good - it's also ridiculously high in protein!
1 Oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1-2 Cups Ice
1/4 Cup Liquid Egg
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 'Chocolate bar' type protein bar (I used an OhYeah! bar. It's quite small. If you pick a large protein bar, only use half)
For a thicker/creamier blizzard add nut butter, Cool Whip Light or a pinch of Xantham Gum!
Blend ingredients, excluding your protein bar of choice
Once smooth, add protein bar
Blend!
Eat!
I use a high-powered blender - I'm not sure how well this would go over on a regular blender! If you're having trouble, add some extra liquid of choice, which may result in your blizzard turning into a milkshake. It'll still taste good! A food processor may also work!
