Chia Seed Jam
This recipe is super simple, fresh, delicious and nutritious!
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Water
1 Cup Berry of choice (I used Raspberry)
1 TBSP Stevia (to taste)
- In a microwave safe dish, heat raspberries and 2 TBSP of water until soft
- Stir in stevia and chia seeds
- Let sit in fridge until jam-like
For a thicker jam, add an extra TBSP of Chia Seeds!
