Caramelized Banana Proatmeal



Caramelized Banana Proatmeal
Banana and coconut oil are a match made in heaven. They are SO delicious! Because this recipe can vary to suit your diet/macro goals, I didn't include the macro breakdown. Add more or less of an ingredient to suit your needs. Enjoy!



Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Vanilla Protein (I used Whey but Egg White protein should work)
Old Fashion Oats
Cinnamon
Banana (I used half)
Water


- Chop banana - cubed or slices
- Sautee with coconut oil
- Microwave oats and water until tender (You don't want to use too much water, but enough so that you can easily mix in the protein)
- Once oats are cooked, stir in protein and cinnamon
- Top with caramelized bananas (I like to mash them in so that the flavour is mixed throughout - bananas and coconut are heavenly together!)
- Eat!

*Optional, drizzle Walden Farm's Pancake Syrup on top -but mine was sweet enough :) *
