Caramel Balls

Caramel Balls





1/4 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 TBSP Coconut Flour
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1-2 TBSP Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
1-2 TBSP Liquid (water, milk, coconut milk, etc)
Coating of choice: melted chocolate, coco powder, shredded coconuts

- Mix dry ingredients
- Slowly add wet ingredients - you want just enough to make the dry ingredients stick together. THe amount will depend on the size of protein scoop used
- Roll batter into 12 small balls
- Roll in coating of choice
- Eat!
