Fit Femme Travel Tips





A huge part of fitness is nutrition. One of the many challenges of traveling is trying to maintain your nutritional and fitness goals. I've supplied a fairly large list of some of the foods and tips for traveling, but I certainly don't bring all of them! Depending on my mode of transportation (plane, train, car, etc.), my access to a mini fridge and other factors, I pick and choose form the list below.

I'm not paleo but I find that eating paleo while traveling is a good way to keep on track. For days when I anticipate an intense workout, I'll eat oats in the morning and then paleo for the remainder of the day. Of course, I still throw in whey protein :)
