This is recipe is great for traveling - put it in Hotel Room Proatmeal or protein shakes for an "on-the-go" smoothie! This is also great for post-workout snacks when you don't have time to go home after the gym. I haven't tried other fruits, banana and blueberries are next on my list!
2 Packages of Freeze-dried Strawberries (preferably organic - check label to ensure that the only ingredient is strawberries)
- In a food processor or high powered blender, process dehydrated strawberries until powdered.
