Macaroon Protein Balls

Macaroon Protein Balls

2-3 Dates, pitted
2-3 TBSP Water
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
2 TBSP Unsweetened Coco
2-3 TBSP Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (more or less, depending on how coconutty you prefer them)

- Soak dates in water
- Puree dates and water until smooth (by hand, blender or with knife and fork)
- In a small mixing bowl, combine pureed dates with protein and cocoa powder
- Mix until smooth
- Add shredded coconut
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Place on waxed paper
- Keep refrigerated

Optional Additions:
Chia Seeds
Slivered/Sliced Nuts
Cacao Nibs
1-2 TBSP Old Fashion Oats
