Chocolate Peanut Butter Proatmeal Parfait

Chocolate Peanut Butter Proatmeal Parfait

1/4 Cup Oats
3 TBSP Water
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (pureed)
1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein
1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (more if desired)
1-2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
Stevia to taste

- Mix all ingredients except for the peanut butter
- Place half of the chocolate oat mixture on the bottom of a tupperware container or parfait dish
- Microwave peanut butter in microwave (Approximately 20-30 seconds)
- Layer Peanut butter
- Top with remaining chocolate oat mixture
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

Additions and Substitutions
- Banana Slices with or instead of peanut butter
- Shredded Coconut in chocolate batter (kind of like a macaroon!) with or instead of oats (if you substitute for oats, do not add water)
-  Chia Seeds in the batter
- Strawberry slices instead of peanut butter (I don't like chocolate and strawberries, but I hear others do LOL)
- Cinnamon, because it's delicious in everything :)
- Hazelnut extract ... boom, nutella!
