Spaghetti Squash Hash

Spaghetti Squash Hash





Ingredients per serving (you might want more than one serving):
1/4 Cup Onions
1 Cup Cooked Spaghetti Squash
1/8 TSP Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 TBSP Egg Whites

- Lightly coat frying pan with non-stick spray
- Heat frying pan
- Saute onions until golden/translucent
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients (including onions)
- Make sure pan is still lightly greased and place ingredients back on the heated pan
- Flip and continue cooking (it will likely be crumbly and fall apart, it's still delicious if that happens!)
- Eat!

*next time I make them, I'm going to try to add some pea protein or nutritional yeast in them*


Behold my breakfast feast! Turkey bacon, egg whites, spaghetti
squash hash, rye toast and chia strawberry jam! Super yum!

These would be spectacular served with an over-easy egg on top !
