Single Serving Protein Apple Crisp

This one is quite decadent - and is actually a guest blog by my very own picky-eater! While my advice was sought for the flavouring, she actually created something I approve of! *Checks out the window to see if pigs are flying*
Ingredients:
1 Small Apple1/2 TBSP Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Oats
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/4 TSP Maple Extract
1/4 TSP Butter Extract
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
Directions:
- Cut up apple
- Put in bowl
- Heat in microwave
- Sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. - Keep heating in microwave or frying pan until softened.
- In a separate bowl, mix vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, stevia
- In a separate bowl, mix vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, stevia
- Add oats, mix.
-Add butter and maple extract, melted coconut oil and liquid vanilla.
- Mix.
- Slowly add small amounts of water and mix until it reaches a consistency where it sticks together but is not too wet or runny.
Mix together with apples.
Eat.
