PB&J Protein Smoothie
Macros: Cals 275, Carbs 13, Fat 8, Protein 40, Sugar 7, Fiber 4

I've been craving PB&J sandwiches - It's one of the many foods that I crave while stressed. This smoothie totally curbed my cravings! Mmm!

1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen Berries
1 Scoop Vanilla Kaizen Whey Protein

Blend with ice and water !
