Blueberry and Nut Protein Parfait
Cals 403, Carbs 19, Fat 18, Protein 42, Sugar 13, Fiber 7




To me, this is the perfect mid-afternoon snack. It's usually around this time that I begin to feel hungry and grab for something less than ideal. This snack is higher in *calories than my regular snacks but it's packed with hunger-fighting fats, protein and fiber!

7 Oz 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
15 Grams Vanilla Whey Protein
1 TBSP Ground Flax
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TSP Cinnamon (to taste)
1 TSP Stevia (to taste)
2 TBSP Liquid (Unsweetened coconut/almond milk or water)

Topping:
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Oz Slivered Almonds (or other nuts)

Mix ingredients
Top with Blueberries and slivered almonds

*To cut about 90 calories, skip the slivered almond topping!
