Cottage Cheese and Chia Jam

Cottage Cheese and Chia Jam
Cals 140, Carbs 18, Fat 3, Protein 15, Sugar 9, Fiber 6

Cottage cheese and jam has always been a staple snack for me. Even though I buy the healthiest jam I can find, it still doesn't compare to this nutrient-packed snack - nor is it nearly as filling!

1/2 Cup Berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
1/8-1/4 Cup Water (depending how thick you want the jam to be)
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1-2 TBSP Stevia (depending on your sweet tooth)
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese

- In a microwaveable dish, heat berries and water (I do 20 second intervals, mash, repeat)
- Add Chia Seeds, stir
- Refridgerate until jam like (usually within a half an hour)
- Top cottage cheese (or greek yogurt) with jam. - - Stir, enjoy!
