Not only is this low-carb cheesy greatness full of protein, it's also full of nutrients - yes, nutritional yeast lives up to it's name! Nutritional yeast is a great source of amino acids, protein, iron and B vitamins - which are great for energy!
1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Cooked Spaghetti Squash
3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
Seasoning - I put a few dashes on onion powder but garlic, pepper, rosemary, basil - anything would be delicious !
- Mix ingredients in a microwaveable dish
- Microwave for one minute, stir and repeat until sufficiently hot
*For a little added creaminess and protein, add a TBSP of nutritional yeast!*
