Cauliflower Poppers

Cauliflower Poppers

1 Head of Cauliflower
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast (or Parmesan/Romano cheese!)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Season to taste (I used Onion and Garlic powder -- feel free to get creative with paprika, rosemary, chilli, anything!)

- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut cauliflower head into florets
- Toss cauliflower with EVOO until lightly coated
- Add seasoning and nutritional yeast to cauliflower, toss until evenly coated
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread poppers evenly on parchment paper
-  Bake until poppers are golden brown and tender
