Protein Frozen Yogurt

Protein Frozen Yogurt
Cals 195, Carbs 10, Fat 0, Protein 38

1-2 Dates (depending on how sweet you prefer it. I prefer mine tart and used 1 date)
100 Grams Quark (for a richer yogurt, use 150 grams)
1 Cup Ice
1/8 Cup Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Milk (more or less, just enough to allow ingredients to blend)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (One that you actually like the taste of, like Diesel or Isonatural)
*Optional 1 TSP Coconut Oil (not necessary but lovely!)

- In a high powered blender like the Vita-Mix or a food processor, blend ingredients
- Eat immediately
*Optional -- serve with fresh berries!
