Protein Nutella Sundae
Protein Nutella Sauce
1 TBSP Hazelnut Butter (Or Almond Butter and Hazelnut Extract)
1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
Stevia to taste
1/4 Cup or more Unsweetened Almond Milk (depending on how thick you want your sauce -- for a fudge-like sauce use less)
Pick the healthiest frozen vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt you can find -- I used Greek frozen yogurt. Ice creams taste much better. I'm going to peruse the ice cream isle and report on my "healthy option" finds in the coming weeks!
