Nutella Lava Cakelette





Yes, you heard right. Nutella. Lava. Cakelette.

It's so simple, and so extraordinary. Remember when the Grinch's eyes grew 3 sizes? At the first bite, my mom's pupils did something very similar. She looked like this:



So here it is... basically a combination of my Banana Oat Cakes topped with Protein Nutella.

Banana Oat Cakes (5-6 Cakes):
Oats
Egg Whites
Banana
Stevia
Cinnamon
Coconut Oil (for pan)

Protein Nutella (Makes 1 Serving -- You will need to double this recipe per serving/person)
1 TBSP Hazelnut Butter (Or Almond Butter and Hazelnut Extract)
1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
Stevia to taste
2-3 TBSP Unsweetened Coconut/Almond Milk

Follow recipe to make Banana Oat Cakes (Found Here)

- In a small container, combine all ingredients for Protein Nutella, excluding Almond milk.
- Slowly begin adding milk until desired texture is reached -- you want it to be really thick, so go slowly!

- Serve Banana Oat Cake topped with Protein Nutella.
