This is the brand I used.
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Liquid Egg
1/4 Avocado
1/2 TBSP Stevia
1 Package Rishi Green Tea Powder (individual serving/approximately 2-3 grams)
Ice and Water
Blend, enjoy!
